A supportive ambulatory withdrawal management program that helps individuals safely begin recovery with clinical monitoring, symptom support, and treatment guidance while remaining in a structured outpatient setting.
FIVE DAYS A WEEK, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY,
IN-PERSON

A structured program with individual and group therapy, education, accountability, and support to help you build the skills you need for long-term recovery while maintaining your daily responsibilities.
FIVE DAYS A WEEK, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY,

A higher level of therapeutic support during the day that provides intensive treatment and structure while allowing you to return home or to a safe environment in the evening.(Ambulatory)
PROVIDED DURING THE DAY AND IN THE EVENING
Ongoing support to help you maintain your recovery, including medication-assisted recovery support where applicable, counseling, relapse prevention, and skill-building on a schedule that fits you.
INCLUDING DRUG TESTING, BLOOD WORK AVAILABILITY, AND ALL MEDICAL CARE
Access to routine medical support, medication management, screenings, drug testing, blood work, and coordinated care for your overall health and recovery needs.
SCHEDULED AS NEEDED
Flexible, individualized therapy and counseling sessions tailored to your unique goals, progress, and ongoing recovery needs.
INCLUDING COMPUTER LAB AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
Help with job readiness, resume support, interview preparation, digital skills, workforce development, and access to a computer lab to build confidence for employment.
